TERMS OF SERVICE

Will Draw:

  • OCs

  • Fandom art (OCs or canon)

  • Real people (From photos or sonas)

  • Kemonomimi, anthro - anything animal, really

  • Monsters

  • All ages and body types

  • Suggestive

Won't Draw:

  • Mechas

  • Explicit NSFW

  • Hateful or ill-intended art

  • Styles other than my own

  • Portraits

  • Fantasy characters

  • Realistic to semi-realistic characters

  • Painting

  • Slightly messy, scratchy linework

  • Anatomy and faces

  • Earthy, natural palettes

  • Historical clothing!

  • Women

  • Character interactions

  • Abstract and simple backgrounds

  • Prices are listed PER CHARACTER.

  • I communicate primarily over Discord or Toyhouse, but other means such as email or instagram are fine AT REQUEST.

  • For the commission price, you will be receiving a digital file of your artwork, no physical goods are being exchanged.

  • I require 50% of payment upfront, and will provide a sketch before collecting the full payment. Particularly large orders may require 100% up front.

  • You will receive the full resolution piece via a Google Drive link. You will need to download this within 2 weeks or risk the link becoming inaccessible!

  • Please give me at least 2 weeks to finish your commission before inquiring about it!

  • If you wish to withdraw your commission for whatever reason, I will give a refund up to the amount of work I've done. If it's sketched, it's 30%, color 60%. Refunds are NOT OFFERED in the polishing stage.

  • I reserve rights to increase the price if I feel your character request is difficult to complete, e.g. highly intricate designs.

  • I reserve the rights to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable in any manner.

  • I have the right to blacklist people who violate my TOS.

  • By purchasing anything that I make you are agreeing to follow my TOS

  • As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, but regardless I will never claim the characters as my own.

  • As a commissioner you may; repost, print, and use the image as you please as long as you make no profit off it.

  • If  you wish to use your image for commercial reasons, they must be discussed and the price will rise. Do not sell my art as merch for your own series unless you have permission from me.

  • You may not modify my work without my permission, or remove my watermarks/signatures if applicable.

  • You may not take credit for my art.

  • If you repost the image anywhere on social media, PLEASE give me credit!

  • Absolutely under no circumstance do I allow my artwork to be sold as or made into an NFT, or be used for AI training.

  • If you wish to sell a character that you commissioned me to draw, you can add the amount you spent on my commission to their pricing

  • I only accept GBP with Paypal.

  • I require 50% of payment upfront, and will provide a sketch before collecting the full payment. Particularly large orders may require 100% up front.

  • I will request payment instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions. Please do not send them before I say you can!

  • You  have 24 hours to pay after the invoice is sent. If the payment process exceeds 24 hours I will have to unfortunately cancel your commission  order.

  • I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.

  • If you wish to tip me, you can do so! It’s extremely appreciated!

  • Please do not chargeback with Paypal. If you need a refund, I will give it when asked up to the work I've done.

  • Please do not ask me for payment extensions.

  • If   you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever  made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the  copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

  • I have an irl job and activities to manage, so please do not pester or pressure me into finishing an order. If you have not heard anything from me within 2 weeks, it is okay to message me, as long as it is respectful.

  • The most you’ll have to wait for your commission is 5 months, usually less unless this is a large painting.

  • Please do not use commissions as a way to propel a friendship with me / keep it professional.

  • The best way to support me if you really love my work is through TIPS and sharing my commissions around! I'll definitely appreciate those.

  • If there is a problem you will be notified.

  • If  you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.

  • Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as adding tiny details I may have forgotten.

  • If you have a complaint or spotted an error in the piece, please let me know! I am happy to fix reasonable errors or messups.

  • Large changes / redraws will be an extra charge.

  • You are allowed 3 small changes (expression, detail) or 1 big change (pose, outfit) at the sketch phase.
